F45 South Reno is a gym facility of 2,520 sq. ft. The previous tenant had a laminate wood floor with carpet in the main area. The flooring and lighting were removed and new gym flooring and lighting installed. A fresh coat of paint and the addition of two restrooms with showers for their members were implemented.
