The Kietzke TI is the office space for Hallador Investment Advisors. The office space was outdated with slate floors and walls, and carpet. The paint colors were also outdated. Our in-house designer helped them give this office building a fresh new modern look. New flooring, paint, light fixtures and tiled accents.
